Sometimes During transit watch batteries may get loose due to improper handling by courier team.
In That case, pls try to change or fix the battery from local watch repairer.
If the problem is not solved even after changing the battery, you can follow below steps to create a return.
Login to your account & Goto Orders Section as shown in the image below
Note: If account not created, then create an account with same email id that you used while placing the order.
Tap on the order number that you want to return
Tap on Tracking link and goto tracking Page
Last step, tap on request to return, and provide otp.
Further fill up all return related details and upload image of the product, also add refund account details
If you are facing trouble in receiving OTP, then you will need to email us so that we can create your return manually.
Please Provide below details in your email
1) Product Images, with return reason
2) Bank Details for refund:
– Account Number
– IFSC code
– Mobile number
– Name of holder
